Who You Can Meet

Char – Bearded Dragon

Char is our mascot and original resident. Bearded Dragons are one of the most popular reptile pets, and it's no surprise why. These unique and fascinating lizards are known for their docile nature and friendly personalities. They come in a variety of colors, patterns, and sizes, making them a favorite among reptile enthusiasts of all ages. Bearded Dragons are native to the deserts and scrublands of Australia, and in the wild, they can grow up to 24 inches long. In captivity, they typically reach a size of 18-24 inches. They have a distinctive "beard" of spiny scales under their chin, which gives them their name.
